Sleep and Settling Sessions (Zoom) - Infant sleep 0-4 months

This session looks at sleep and settling information for Infant sleep 0-6 months.

The session will cover:

• sleep patterns and behaviours, sleep needs of infants and their communication cues
• infant development and the importance of play
• infant nutrition
• self-care and support for parents.

This session is designed specifically for parents of infants 0-6 months and available to Moonee Valley residents.

Sessions are also available for older babies and toddlers 18 months - 3 years.
