We spend about one-third of our lives sleeping or attempting to do so — roughly 26 years in a lifetime. Even so, how much do we truly know about the nature of sleep and rest? With knowledge and practice, we can transform these decades of oblivion into awareness, insight and growth.
This talk will be presented by Brandon Goh , the Assistant Secretary of the Theosophical Society Lodge in Singapore and an active member for 13 years. An avid student of the Living Wisdom, he strives to inspire others to become sensitive to life, that they may truly seek and find the way of light.
