To the members of Slow Food Hunter Valley -

Visit with Sarah at her new event space, 'The Shed' with views across lush pastures to The Pinnacle.

Hear about her world travels seeking best practice in farming and how these learnings shaped her egg production business 'Just Been Laid'. Come and see how a 5th generation cattle farm diversified into pasture raised eggs and now tourism with local community development at its core.

This new space hosts art and cooking classes, high teas, guest speakers and more. Sarah is very much looking forward to sharing this new space with the members of Slow Food Hunter Valley.

Organized by

Just Been Laid hosts events at their purpose built Shed, which sits above the pastures on the farm at Eccleston. From here you can see the Just Been Laid chooks grazing and socialising and may even get a chance to meet one of our trusty Maremma’s. Our events are often chicken inspired, and are always a lot of fun!
