What is sound bath meditation?
Sound bath meditation immerses participants in sound waves generated by crystal singing bowls to bring a vibrational impact on the body and mind.
The session is a powerful meditative practice that simply involves opening yourself up to the sounds that will wash over your whole body.
The guided sound meditation can help you access deeper states of relaxation and connection with yourself.
It is typically a way of managing anxiety, soothing the nervous system, and blocking all the ideas and thoughts out of your consciousness as you connect with your body.
Listening to singing bowls allows the body to slow down, reducing stress response and
lowering breathing.
What to expect at a sound bath?
A sound bath is like meditation that can go for any length of time, and it’s beneficial at any duration.
