Adobe Video Systems has extended an invitation to SMPTE members and guests to attend a discussion of three key key emerging technology topics which are impacting on the industry right now: Wide Colour Gamut, High Dynamic Range, and changes to production workflows.

The consumer electronics industry has taken the lead to promote new displays which offer better pictures, and has whipped up a consumer demand for content which delivers on the promise. And the time is right to deliver that content directly to the display via the net. So how can that content be created, and what are the forward and backward considerations for producers of the content?

Adobe is a major researcher in this area of video and picture technology, and a significant contributor to the development of related SMPTE Standards.

Steve Warner, Adobe's Vice President of the Video Business will take us on a journey exploring topics such as: UHD, 4K, 8K (and beyond); HDR and Wide Colour Gamut workflows; Virtual and Augmented Reality; collaboration in the connected world; the human/computer interaction. This is not just about a user interface, but the user experience; and much more!
