In this free Professional development seminar for Social Workers Dr Jane Mowll will discuss Interpersonal psychotherapy (IPT), an evidence-based counselling framework for adults and adolescents experiencing a range of mental health concerns. IPT is one of the Focussed Psychological Strategies endorsed by Medicare and used across a range of contexts. The seminar will:

- Introduce you to the key components of IPT

- Outline key practice skills and techniques

- Guide you through a standalone strategy to enhance social support for use in a range of counselling, case work and support contexts.
