Song Circle + Art Flow

Introduction to singing & painting.

Come together in a beautiful space to (re) connect with our creative selves.

If you've ever been told you "can't sing" or "can't paint"- this workshop is for you (Maybe the person saying this is you!)

To start the afternoon Fiona will lead us in an introductory Singing Circle. We'll get familiar with using our breath & voice, then move onto learning some simple songs & harmonies. (taught by ear - no sheet music). No stress, no solos, no pressure - just enjoy the Feel Good mood boost that comes from letting our voices flow freely.

After a short break, we'll then move onto painting - where Julie will guide you through creating an abstract inspired painting on canvas inspired by music & sound. We invite you to leave perfectionism at the door and enjoy the process. There's no "right" or "wrong" in creative expression - just bucketloads of satisfaction in creating something uniquely your own.

Your ticket includes a delicious shared grazing board. There'll be time for refreshments (tea, coffee, shared grazing board & glassware provided).

BYO drinks are most welcome.

You'll come away with a painted canvas, a recharged confidence, and a great big smile.
