Relax, Recharge, and Reconnect – A Soothing Afternoon of Sound and Meditation


Take some time for yourself and join us for an afternoon of guided meditation and sound therapy designed to help you unwind, recharge, and reconnect. Led by Natalie Grace, a professional sound therapist and trained musician, this Sound Journey is crafted to calm your nervous system, ease your mind, and bring you into a state of flow.

The session will begin with a gentle guided meditation to help you settle and relax. Then, you will be immersed in the peaceful sounds of Tibetan & Crystal Singing Bowls, Gongs, Chimes, Percussion, Voice, and more. As we close, you’ll be guided out of meditation and given time to ground yourself. Then enjoy some chocolate for a sweet treat and grounding.

  • Spaces are limited – book early to secure your place as we often sell out.
  • Located in Crows Nest, with free Sunday parking available at Holtermann Street Carpark and plenty of street parking nearby. Conveniently close to Crows Nest Metro and St Leonards train station.
  • Bring your yoga mat, pillow, and blanket for comfort, or choose the gear hire option when booking your ticket.
