Time and location:

6pm to 7pm at Even Flow Lifestyle Medicine. Unit 3/102 Clifton Crescent, Mt Lawley.

Free parking outside the studio and at Brear Park, accessible from both the Central Ave and Fifth Ave entrances.

What to bring:

A pillow for your head

Everything else is supplied.
