Come find your serenity with Sound Therapist and Shamanic Practitioner Naythan Thórpe, co-founder of Luna Pulse, for a 60-minute Shamanic Sound Healing experience. Naythan blends shamanic techniques with sound healing to create unique experiences. Each sound bath aka sound ceremony is an opportunity to go deep into yourself and access your own healing, and wisdom. Naythan begins each ceremony by calling in the directions and power animals, then a leads you through a brief shamanic meditation that can bring you into altered states of consciousness, connecting you to other realms, your spirit guides or just some much needed relaxation as you take your sound journey.
During the session, you can relax and unwind with the primordial vibrations of the OM Gong, which is tuned to 136.1 Hz - the frequency of OM (the sound of creation). These powerful vibrations can help shut off your mind and bring about deep relaxation, aligning your body, mind, and spirit into a state of balanced wholeness. The sounds of the gong naturally draw you to the lower world where you can access deep and profound healing.
How Sound Therapy Works:
Sound Therapy works like a massage for the nervous system. Sound impacts us on an elemental level, and research shows that sounds consist of vibrations that affect us on a cellular level, impacting our brain waves, respiratory system, and heart function. The reverberating sounds pulsate the body into homeostasis through resonance, helping to calm the mind and body and regulate the immune system. This allows your body to switch to the parasympathetic nervous system, giving itself permission to relax, restore, and heal.
