Please bring a pillow, blanket, water bottle, and an open heart ready to receive. Yoga mats will be provided.


The Sound Immersion will commence at 7pm. However we welcome you to start arriving from 6:30pm to explore the Crystal Boutique or get yourself settled and comfortable.

We recommend avoiding heavy meals after 4pm to enhance your experience.


The next day, nourish yourself with a hearty breakfast and lunch while staying hydrated.
