Welcome to Soundbath in the Gully! Join us for a unique experience of relaxation and rejuvenation at the picturesque Sinclair's Gully Winery at Norton Summit in the Adelaide Hills wine region.
Embark on a journey of wellness and discovery under the majestic candlebark forest canopy as the angelic frequencies of crystal singing bowls intertwine with nature's healing sounds. This event is the perfect opportunity to unplug, unwind and connect with yourself in a serene setting.
Bring a yoga mat, picnic rug or bean bag to lie on, a blanket if required and a pillow or bolster. Dress appropriately for outdoor conditions with water, hat, sunscreen and sunglasses also recommended.
The soundbath will commence at 11am. To ensure you obtain the maximum benefit from the experience and minimise disruption to other participants, please arrive with plenty of time to settle into your patch of forest, ready to go.
Following the soundbath event, the cellar door at Sinclair's Gully Winery will be open for those wishing to sample their highly recommended biodynamic handcrafted wines. Make a day of it and extend your forest experience by packing a picnic lunch to enjoy under the trees. (Note: There is no catering available at the winery).
