Grab your camera and join photographer Lucy Lumen for a Sunday morning photo walk through the eclectic streets of Southport. Starting off at the iconic former Town Hall building, stroll through Chinatown and beyond, finding art deco gems and the newly built structures that juxtapose them.
Along the way Lucy will be chatting about her photography process with 35mm film and how she goes about documenting the ever changing Gold Coast landscape.

About Lucy Lumen
Lucy Lumen is a photographer working with the medium of 35mm film. Lucy hosts a popular YouTube channel that shares and documents her journey with the analog process and focuses on building a global community of passionate photographers.
Lucy’s work aims to create minimal, abstract compositions out of everyday scenes and objects, with a heavy focus on colour as a way to arrest the viewer's attention. Drawn to using the simplest of tools and compact cameras Lucy focuses on creating unconventionally composed snapshots of her surroundings.
Lucy has been exhibited on the Gold Coast, Melbourne, Sydney, Los Angeles and Hamburg, as well as in a number of publications and zines.
