Immersive yourself in a 2 hour healing experience at Elysian Holistic Centre in Neutral Bay. This event is designed to empower you to reconnect back to self using the power and magic of Spinal Energetics. The session will involve gentle breathing techniques, visualisation, somatic and energetic work to release tension and stress from the body. You will leave feeling nourished and lighter and ready to take on 2025 as we encourage the body to unwind tension patterns, let go of limiting self beliefs and allowing the nervous system to move closer to a state of equilibirum.

Lauren Stewart is a Reiki master, Spinal Energetics practitioner, intuitive energy healer and trauma informed coach. Driven by a profound passion and purpose to support others, she founded Curated Energies to offer the transformative gift of healing.

Her journey into energetic medicine began with an instinctive calling as a teen, that lead her to experience profound shifts through energy healing. Overcoming physical and emotional pain through these modalities it has allowed her to reconnect with self, release traumas, and maintain a state of equilibrium.

Lauren's approach blends modern techniques with the wisdom of ancient practices, offering a holistic path to healing to let go of what no longer serves you, and to realign with your true purpose.
