Stomping Ground workshops are a collaboration between Creative Art Therapy Practitioner Justine Maughan and Wayfinder Life Coach Jen Gwynn-Jones. The name Stomping Ground invokes the sense of a familiar, earthy place that feels safe and comfortable. A place where you can be yourself. The intention of Stomping Ground workshops is to provide space and support for women in midlife to consciously and with intention, explore old patterns that no longer serve them and create more a soulful and internally aligned direction for this transformative stage of life.
Justine Maughan is the founder and director of a boutique art studio for women in midlife. Located in Queanbeyan NSW, Justine offers individual holistic counselling using creative art therapies and also small group art classes. The studio is also where she explores her own art practice, inspired by dynamic mark making and abstract painting. Justine is an advocate for women in midlife and passionate about changing the script around our midlife experiences. Guiding women through embodied and intuitive creative art practices is achieved through a holistic approach to art making.
Jen Gwynn-Jones is a certified Wayfinder Life Coach and founder of Knotted Elm Living. The products, services and general vibe of Knotted Elm Living are Jen's heartfelt offering towards a world where we all feel free to walk our true path, and unfurl our uniqueness in all the ways we are called to. Her academic path reflects her love of science and the quirks of human behaviour. Jen weaves the analytical approach she developed in her bachelor degrees in Microbiology and Anthropology and a Masters in International Affairs with the intuitive and inner wisdom she gained from her own burnout journey and coach training which includes the Martha Beck Institute and Acceptance Commitment Training (ACT).
