Stomping Ground: A workshop for women seeking to deepen their midlife experience

Gain confidence, insights and practical tools to uncover new depths of wisdom and understanding to make your midlife experience fulfilling, joyful and a representation of who you truly are, and wish to be.

Midlife is a time of transformation, and it can be a tricky to figure out your next steps. This workshop will help you move forward consciously and with intention, replacing old patterns and expectations for a more soulful and internally aligned path.

Does this sound familiar?

“I’ve been so busy doing things for others I’ve lost connection with what I want”

Or perhaps this?

“I’m ready to do things differently, to play by my own rules… but where do I start?”

Then this workshop is for you!

Take your next steps with support and confidence that they are aligned with what is right for you.

This 3-hour workshop is an interactive experience and offers a unique blend of life coaching and creative art therapy. Jen will deliver dynamic and thought provoking content to help you connect with your inner wisdom for decision making in real life scenarios. Justine will share creative processes to help you find clarity and insight. No prior art experience required. You will be supported in intuitive and abstract mark making exercises using paint and drawing mediums along with creating an intentional art work to support insights gained. All art supplies are provided.

Justine and Jen are passionate about providing tangible and practical support. In this supportive environment you will gain practical tools you can use at home for ongoing benefit well beyond the conclusion of the workshop.

Held in a boutique art studio setting in Queanbeyan, the venue lends an ambiance of beauty and inspiration. Ample free parking.

An information pack will be provided on purchase. Please email Stomping Ground if you have any questions.
