From 1 July 2025, Support at Home will replace the Home Care Package (HCP) and Short-Term Restorative Care (STRC) programs, with the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) transitioning after July 2027. For HCP and STRC providers, getting this right is critical for long-term sustainability post - 1 July 2025.
