This monthly Masterclass is your opportunity to find balance on your hands. You will develop body awareness, learn strength and conditioning exercises and have the chance to practice the poses with Melody there to support and guide you.
Poses will include crow (and variations), headstand, chin stand, handstand practice.
Open for all levels, not suitable for practitioners with wrist / shoulder injuries.
After the session and all the hard work, stick around for chats and Acai Bros protein balls!
--------Prerequisites for this workshop:
- Attended at least 3 x Power Flow / Vinyasa style practices.
- Newbie yogis welcome but must have alternative strength physical training outside of yoga.
- Able to hold a crow, or very close to finding balance when attempting crow.
- Light-hearted and open attitude; willing to learn and try new and different things.
