About this event

This class provides a safe and accessible approach to strength training, focusing on key muscle groups to enhance functional fitness and overall well-being. Each session begins with a gentle warm-up to prepare the body for movement, followed by a circuit-style workout targeting the full body with strength exercises.

Proper technique, control, and form are emphasised throughout, ensuring participants perform exercises safely and effectively. Each class concludes with stretching to cool down, leaving participants feeling stronger, more balanced and confident in their movement.

Participants consistently report improvements in their strength, balance and overall fitness while enjoying the supportive and welcoming environment.

Led by Raquel, the class promotes health, fitness and community engagement, offering an approachable way to build physical strength in a friendly and inclusive setting.

Structure of the classes:

  • Warm-up to prepare for movement, including breathing, mobility and dynamic stretches.
  • Circuit style full-body strength exercises focusing on proper form and technique, using hand weights and elastic bands
  • Cool-down stretches targeting muscle release and recovery
