Is this event for working women only?

Although this workshop is designed with working women in mind, it's beneficial for everyone. The tools and strategies shared are valuable for managing stress in all areas of life, including parenting, relationships, and personal well-being.

How long is the workshop, and what’s the format?

The workshop will last approximately 90 minutes. We’ll begin with an introduction to stress and mindfulness, followed by hands-on exercises that you can implement right away. There will also be time for questions and discussion to ensure you get the most out of this experience.

Will I need any prior experience with mindfulness or stress management?

Not at all! This workshop is designed for beginners as well as those who have some experience. We’ll guide you through everything, so whether you’re brand new or looking to refresh your practice, you’ll get the support you need.

Do I need to bring anything to the workshop?

Wear something comfortable, as we will be doing simple exercises. Bring a pen and paper to take notes, and a water bottle to stay hydrated.

Is there going to be food?

We’ll have healthy nibbles available to keep you energised throughout the workshop. You’re welcome to bring your own snacks as well if you wish.

Is there free parking at venue?

There is free parking available on nearby streets. Alternatively, City West Parking offers the first two hours free.

Will I receive any materials or resources to continue practicing after the workshop?

Yes! After the workshop, you’ll receive a handout summarizing the key techniques we covered, along with additional resources to help you continue your practice.
