Sunset Concert Series. Outdoor Concert in Fagan Park, Galston

Sunset Concert Series, is an opportunity to experience live music on the picturesque grounds of Fagan Park. Bring a picnic rug and sit back and enjoy the music of some of Australia's leading and upcoming Artists.

Fagan Park. Is a large recreational area located in Galston, a semi-rural area of Sydney, NSW

We have two separate shows. Saturday 2nd November & Sunday 3rd November.

The location is a park, which does have a pathway, in some areas is not smooth. It does undulate. The immediate area for seating is a hilled grass area and is not wheelchair accessible. A designated area located at the top of the hill will be allocated for wheelchair accessible.

This location is at the top of the hill leading towards the stage. It is the farthest point from the stage area. Please contact us for more information and site map prior to purchasing.

You can bring camp chairs, picnic rugs, mats, sealed bottle water, disposable cutlery, disposable plates and snacks.

No Gazebos, Umbrellas, Cool Cabanas, glass, ceramic, serrated knives.

Yes, a fully licensed bar.

Yes. Disposable plates & cutlery only. No sharpe or serrated knives or ceramic plates. No glassware.

We have a no glass policy. No glass is permitted onto the site. This includes bottles, drinkware and serving plates.

No. No pets are allowed.

Are allowed if accompanied by a parent of legal guardian. Strongly not recommended for kids under 12 years of age. All patrons must hold a valid ticket regardless of age. Please remember this event does sell alcohol. Under 18's are not permitted to purchase from the bar area.

Yes, please print off and present these when entering. All guests are required to present their tickets to gain entry.

All bags will be required to be checked on entry. Any items including Glass, Ceramic, Knives, weapons, alcohol and recording equipment will be removed and confiscated. If found with Illicit drugs, police will be notified and you will not be permitted entry to the event.

Picnic style is picnic rugs or camping chairs on the ground.

Gates open at 2pm. The event starts at 3.30pm and will finish 9pm

No, when you arrive you can select your area to what is available. Please be mindful of other guests.

The Sunset Concert Series is an outdoor event in Fagan Park. Unless extreme weather and it is a threat to patrons, staff or performers, the event will proceed. The Sunset Series will provide as much notice via social media regarding any performance changes due to weather.

The Sunset Concert Series will only be cancelled in the event of extreme weather conditions. Weather conditions can be unpredictable, the decision to delay or cancel a show is made by Production on-site, this can occur at any time up to or during the performance.

Yes there is. We are all guests to please be mindful of parking and patient on arriving and exiting our area. The suburb of Galston is a Semi Rural area, access is one road in and out of the location. Please take care when driving these areas and respectful of our neighbours.
