The topics for our session will be Supported Independent Living, Specialist Disability Accommodation, the lates NDIS updates and an introduction to some of the great online tools that Plan Partners have to offer.

Possability are specialists in SIL, SDA, while helping people learn new skills, gain independence and get involved in your local community. They also assist in helping people find real, meaningful work in the community that suits their skills, interests and support needs.
