Dr Mary Bourke – Chiropractor and CEO of Myo Munchee

In 2016, Mary took over the leadership of MYO Munchee, building on her father’s legacy to re-launch the brand and expand its reach. In just a few years, she transformed it from a small family concept into a trusted name among dental professionals, chiropractors, speech therapists, and other health professionals.

As a health professional and MYO Munchee’s leader, she’s passionate about promoting the lifelong benefits of chewing, sharing this message across Australia and globally. Based in Newcastle, NSW, Mary balances her time between leading MYO Munchee, running a successful chiropractic practice, and enjoying life with my family.

Cathy Boyce - Orofacial Myofunctional Therapist and breathing educator

With over 45 years of experience in oral health care, Cathy Boyce is a respected expert in orofacial myology and breathing education. Originally a dental therapist and hygienist, she transitioned to orofacial myology in 2017, completing specialised training in myofunctional therapy, breathing education, TMJ techniques, and Myo Munchee therapy.

Cathy founded the Townsville Orofacial Myology Clinic in 2017, later rebranding as The Orofacial Myofunctional Therapist (TOfMT) upon relocating to southern NSW. She now offers telehealth consultations, helping clients improve oral and airway function. A passionate advocate for early intervention, Cathy also hosts the Beyond Brushing podcast, featuring expert discussions on oral health.

Kelsea Green – Speech Pathologist and Orofacial Myologist

Kelsea Green is a certified practicing Speech Pathologist and Orofacial Myologist with nearly a decade of experience in paediatric orofacial myology. Based in Newcastle NSW Australia, she is the founder of Kelsea Green Speech, where she provides specialised assessment and therapy for children with oral facial development and speech concerns. Since Kelsea has been a Clinical Advisor for Myo Munchee, contributing to training programs, international webinars, and product development. Her role blends clinical expertise with education, supporting professionals and families in optimising orofacial function through using the Myo Munchee.
