In this full-day workshop, you will learn the techniques required to complete a sample of textile art.

In this two-day workshop, you will learn the techniques required to complete a sample of textile art.

At the end of the second day, you will take your tapestry home with you, complete with a wooden loom and bobbin handmade by the Wheelwrights and Coach Builders at Sovereign Hill. Tim will also provide you with a list of material suppliers, websites and books about tapestry.

Age: TEEN 13-17 and ADULT 18+

Skill Level: NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Inclusions: All instruction, tools and materials included

What to bring: Snacks, lunch, water bottle, notepad and pen.

Clothing guidelines: Comfortable clothes and closed toed shoes.
