About this event

Tea ceremony offers a beautiful container for meditation, balance, quiet, simplicity and harmony with nature. It is the natural way of the universe unfolding and the reminder that all of life is interconnected.

I love this excerpt from Alana Fairchild:
“Whilst we don’t want to become obsessed with the pursuit of the ecstatic rapturous states to the point that we deny our authentic life experience. We also want to make sure we don’t shut ourselves off from them.

They are genuinely nourishing for our life path. They are sweet treats for the soul. And as Julie Andrews in Mary Poppins sings ‘A spoonful of sugar helps the medicine go down’.”

TEA 🍵 a sweet treat, a spoonful of sugar, a pathway to the sacred experience of your soul, encompassing the full spectrum from delighting in the light of the experience but also feeling safe & held enough to consciously face & be with the darker, heavier parts of this human experience.
