Establishing Team Norms

This session will look at the benefits of working in teams. This will help you to understand why you might want to form a team. You will also learn how to protect a teams members rights and how to agree on a set of rules with team contracts.

Collaborating as a Team

Participants will explore Degrees of Support, a tool that teams can use to stay together while effectively handling difficult issues.

Fostering Team Trust

Trust is a virtue in both professional relationships. In this exploration participants will identify ways to build trust between colleagues and with each other.

Discover Your Team Player Type

In your participation in this programme, you will explore with a team player personality type that may be present or absent within your individuality. We will examine specific ways of working with these strengths, as it relates to groups. We will explore how each participants can maximise their unique traits in team collaborative success.

Understanding the Stages of Team Development

In this session, teams and groups create unity drawing upon Tuckman and Jensens’s work in the Formation stage, Storming, the Normalising, the Performing and ultimately the Adjournment stages. An in-depth look at each of these steps will help your group reach its optimal performance.

Exploring Virtual Teams

Have you ever wondered about working on a team that you don’t sit next to? Work with virtual team best practises! This session will provide you with strategies and tactics to getting things done without a physical room and among teammates spanning across the globe! Learn how to make connections when not face-to-face!

Mastering Communication

Communication is key to the success of a team. This session leaves participants with the tools they need to make sure communication starts from the very beginning of any shared venture.

Wrapping Up the Workshop

At the end of the course, participants will look at different ways to build greater rapport with other members of their team.
