This free in-person event brings together researchers to showcase how technology is transforming wildlife conservation, particularly in large-scale and remote locations across Australia. With a strong focus on projects that engage citizen scientists, the event will highlight innovative tools and techniques that empower communities to contribute valuable data and play an active role in conservation efforts.

This event is free for all community groups, researchers, Land for Wildlife officers, Council staff, citizen scientists, Conservancy members, bird groups, and conservation groups who are interested in finding out more about how different technology is helping to advance research and conservation outcomes.
The Showcase is a face-to-face event being held at the G40 Auditorium at the Gold Coast Griffith University Campus. 9am - 4pm Queensland time. It will be livestreamed via Youtube and Facebook for those who can't attend in person.
