Now, you can do it all online—transfer money, pay bills, buy groceries, and even plan your next holiday—from the comfort of your home. But with convenience comes the need to understand how to do it safely.

This workshop will guide you through the basics of online shopping and banking. Whether you're booking a holiday, buying groceries, or paying bills, we’ll show you how to navigate the digital world with confidence. You'll also learn essential tips for staying safe online while making payments or managing your finances.

What you’ll need to bring:

  • Laptop with the ability to connect to the internet (if you don’t have one, please let us know and Coffs Harbour Libraries will arrange a laptop for you to learn on.)
