Delivered by Temper Strength and Conditioning, this exciting and interactive 30 minute session helps pre-schoolers learn a variety of exercise and sport related skills.

This safe, friendly and inclusive space is all about havig fun in a non-competitive environment.

Dates: Monday 12 May to 2 June 2025
Cost: Cost: $25 for 4 sessions.
Sessions are currently being subsidised though the Preventive Health SA Wellbeing Hub grant.

  • Parents remain in the room and interact if they feel like joining in
  • Clothing choice is open to your child's preference
  • Light snack provided at end of the session
  • Bookings essential. Please book one ticket per child
