Class Overview: This 10-week term offers 1.5-hour sessions that begin with a vibrant warm-up set to energetic music, followed by a sequence of Sun Salutations, Mantras, and a variety of Yoga poses. You’ll also enjoy laughing therapy exercises, pranayama, and conclude each class with mindfulness meditation. Each session is thoughtfully curated to help reduce stress and anxiety, promote a healthy lifestyle, and foster connections with like-minded individuals within the community. You'll gain practical tools to enhance your everyday well-being.

Mita Kriya Yoga: This flow class is centered on the fundamental yoga poses that form the foundation of a balanced practice. You'll focus on safe and effective alignment during poses and transitions, whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner. The class is designed to deepen your understanding of these core poses and their impact on your body, breath, emotions, thoughts, and sense of inner balance. Expect a moderately vigorous flow, moving from one pose to the next, guided by your breath and the instructor’s supportive guidance.
