Dr Nici Sweaney is a AI Consultant, Educator, Innovator, Speaker, and Gender Equality Champion. She has spent almost twenty years as an academic scientist and a decade as a data scientist consulting for global organisations like the UN, World Bank, and AUS Aid working on research to improve outcomes in the global economic south. She founded Ai Her Way in 2023, an AI consultancy firm built by women for women, guiding female-founded businesses to operate "AI-first" while championing ethical practices and gender equality. She has taught and worked with over a thousand individuals arming them with the knowledge to utilise AI responsibly, boosting business efficiencies and enabling leaders to focus on what truly matters.

Mark Cameron is a highly experienced Digital Transformation Expert & Forbes Contributor and MBA Masterclass Facilitator.
