Well this is the workshop for you! Join Kimbriki's ecologists in this hands-on and interactive session at the community composting area of The Beach School Allambie.
The following will be covered:
- advanced coaching in composting methods
- learn the basics of hot composting and how to maintain a hot compost pile
- learn how to optimise microbial activity in your compost pile
- the science behind composting
- troubleshooting for faster soil production.
This session goes from 10am - 2pm so attendees will need to bring their own lunch, snacks and a reusable water bottle.
Due to limited capacity, registrations are prioritised for Willoughby Council residents. If you aren't a resident, you can email Env.Educators@Willoughby.nsw.gov.au to be added on the waitlist, and notified if last minute spots become available.
