If you enjoy Yoga but wonder where it is leading you,
this workshop is for you.
Learn to clarify what you want to achieve then we’ll find a simple focused practice that works for you. By doing the simple things brilliantly you can achieve profound results simply by knowing how to focus on what counts.
Learn how this is the opposite of “multi-tasking” which underpins many modern classes!
Uncover what’s important for you and then practice simple guidelines to focus on success in this 2 hour workshop for everyone. Simple.
About Mark O'Brien: I keep my yoga -and my teaching- simply practical and just focus on what works, not what sounds cool or spiritual. So everything I’ll share has been road-tested over many years for not very “good” yogis (like me) but offers really potent results. My 28 years of teaching, study and personal practice has helped me distil what to focus on and filter out what distracts us from achieving results.
I invite you to share the journey to simplicity with me.
What to bring: please bring a yoga mat, a cushion and a yoga blanket or beach towel.
Location: Village Hall (next to the Coffee Cart) in Narara Ecovillage
