2. The Launch Plan

It’s time to move from reflection to action. In this session, you’ll:

  • Define your ideal business—what does income, freedom, and scale look like for you?
  • Identify the key leadership and business projects to focus on.
  • Create a 90-day plan to hit the ground running and keep the momentum going.

The day ends with a light lunch and networking—a chance to connect with like-minded business owners who, like you, are ready to level up.
