The Garden of Choices: A Creative Workshop for Reflecting and Reimagining Your Life

What picture will you create for your life?

This inspiring workshop is designed for anyone who wants to explore their life more deeply, make better choices, and recognise the opportunities around them.

Using the powerful metaphor of the garden, you'll create an artwork where every element—each plant, path, or object—symbolises a life choice. Through this creative process, you'll reflect on:

  • The impact of past decisions
  • Helpful and unhelpful patterns
  • New ways of being
  • Connections and support networks
  • Your hopes and plans for the future

No artistic experience is needed—just a willingness to explore and reflect.

What participants have said:
“Connecting emotional awareness to tangible concepts… a wonderful exercise.”
“Recognising what I didn’t want in my life was very powerful.”
“It was fantastic… when is the next one?”
“I’ve used this with my family.”

Whether you’re ready to make changes or simply want to reflect on your journey, this transformational workshop is for you.
