Come join us at Cross Fit SFS for a day to test your preparedness for taking on the HYROX.
This event will be a half simulation event and is a perfect setup for the upcoming main event.
Event Format:
- Duration per wave: ~60–90 minutes
- How many per wave: 4 or 5 per wave (that will also include the pairs)
- Age range: 18–40+ (Open to all adult participants)
- Categories: Singles (M/F) and Doubles (M/M, F/F, M/F)
- Race Style: Non-competitive, simulation-style format to encourage participation
