🎄 Bring a Book You Love – Wrapped, well-loved (but in great shape), and ready to share with someone new. You’ll leave with a fresh book handpicked by a fellow reader, maybe even your next favorite!


🥂 A Glass of Bubbly on Arrival – Kick off the night with champagne in hand. Nibble on delicious snacks, mingle with like-minded souls, and soak up the festive atmosphere. Feeling peckish? The bar is open, and you can order extra food and drinks to keep the holiday cheer going.


🎉 Meet & Mingle – Expect a relaxed, friendly vibe with plenty of chances to connect with fellow book lovers, spark great conversations, and share laughs. This isn’t just a book swap; it’s a night of shared passions, good company, and discovering new stories and friendships.

You can bring any book you love! Whether it’s fiction, non-fiction, poetry, or even a memoir, all genres are welcome.

Does the book need to be brand new?

No, it doesn’t have to be new, but we do ask that it’s in good condition so that the recipient can enjoy it.

Do I need to wrap the book?

Yes, please bring your book gift-wrapped! This way, everyone will have a fun surprise to open on the night.

Who’s invited to the event?

Everyone who loves to read is welcome! This event is open to book lovers aged 16 and above, from all backgrounds and with all types of reading interests. If you’re under 18, sorry—you’ll be sipping something bubbly, but it won’t be champagne!

Do I need to read a specific genre?

No, bring a book that you personally enjoyed and would love to share, regardless of the genre.

What happens if I can’t attend?

If you’re unable to make it, you’re welcome to gift your ticket to someone else. Just let us know their name in advance, and they’ll be able to join in the fun!

Will food and drinks be available?

Yes, a complimentary glass of champagne and light nibbles are provided on arrival, and there’s a bar where you can order additional food and drinks throughout the evening.

What’s the dress code?

Dress comfortably and festive if you like! This is a relaxed, social event, so there’s no formal dress code.

Is there parking available?

Yes, parking is available near the venue, and we recommend arriving a little early to secure a spot.

What’s your refund policy?

Refunds are only issued if the event is canceled by the organizers. If you’re unable to attend, feel free to gift your ticket to someone else.
