Eliza van der Sman | OzHarvest
In her 5 years working at OzHarvest, Eliza has worked across multiple departments, understanding deeply the impact that food waste and food insecurity can have on communities in Australia. The work that OzHarvest does in food rescue, food security, education, and advocacy has impact not only for environment and sustainability, but also social impacts as it interacts with populations in need. She will provide insights into how businesses can work with the charitable sector to meet their ESG goals.

Dr Mona Mashhad Rajabi
Mona is a UTS Researcher specialising in climate finance, policy responses, and sustainable finance. Her work focuses on the impact of environmental policy during the world’s transition to net zero, particularly market-based policies like carbon tax. Mona has published widely in finance and economics journals and her research has gained media attention in Australia and globally. She will offer critical insights into how climate policies affect markets and what businesses need to consider in their sustainability strategies.

Jason Reason
Jason is an expert in supply chain and retail management with extensive experience in the fashion and luxury goods sector, including his tenure at Oroton, where he optimized supply chain operations and enhanced logistics to support the brand’s growth.

At Oroton, Jason led initiatives to improve efficiency, manage supplier relationships, and implement technology for better demand forecasting. His strategic focus on sustainability and ethical sourcing helped align supply chain strategies with business goals.
Known for driving innovation, Jason is a frequent speaker on retail and supply chain transformation, digital impacts, and sustainable practices, bringing valuable insights into the evolving retail landscape.
