Feeling like you need a little support (and some extra love) as you navigate parenthood, We hear you!

This 10-week series is just right. You’ll get expert tips, meet other parents, and build a little community to support your postpartum journey. So drop in for this week's session!

🌟 WEEK FOUR 🌟: Virginia from Women In Focus

Virginia is a dedicated physiotherapist with a rich background in treating spine and pelvis conditions. She specialises in pre and post-natal care, Clinical Pilates, acupuncture for pain relief, and pelvic floor management. Since graduating from The University of Otago in 2002, she has been passionate about guiding her clients toward their goals and empowering them to manage their recovery effectively.

Her approach combines manual therapy with clinical rehabilitation, allowing her to support women through significant life stages, including pregnancy, menopause, and post-injury recovery. She loves working closely with her clients during these crucial times, helping them navigate their journeys with empathy and expertise.

Join us for an engaging session where Virginia gives in-depth advice and answers your questions on women's health and physio.
