About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour 30 minutes

Building a strong brand is essential for the success of any business. Your brand represents your business’ mission, values, and offerings and is one of your most valuable assets. For this reason, ensuring your brand is protected from copycats and misuse is essential.

To help you learn how, LegalVision, in collaboration with IP Australia, is hosting a free in-person event on ‘The Power of Branding: Building and Protecting Your Brand.’

Join us on Wednesday, 23 October at 6 pm when Rebecca Jones (LegalVision) and Tracey Berger (IP Australia) will discuss:

  • ensuring your brand is unique and stands out in the market;
  • how a trade mark protects your brand from competitors;
  • checking that your trade mark is available and enforceable; and
  • practical steps to protect and enforce your trade mark.

This session is being held in conjunction with NSW Small Business Month 2024. It will provide you with the knowledge and tools to build a strong, legally protected brand that supports your business growth.

Following the presentation, there will be a live Q&A and networking opportunities. You are also eligible to receive a free legal consultation.
