    Are you looking to boost your physical activity?

    Join us for a community health workshop that aids in the journey towards a healthier and sustainable lifestyle.

    This workshop is the second in a series of four stemming from a collaboration between Edith Cowan University and the City of Wanneroo. With a focus on health and well-being this series promotes activities and resources to aid in your journey to a sustainable lifestyle.

    You will receive -

    • Advice and instruction from ECU's third and fourth year exercise students and accredited exercise physiologists
    • Mindful exercise - explore mindfulness and self-reflection, fostering a deeper connection with your fitness goals
    • Community support - discover local resources and community initiatives available to support your journey.


    For ages 18+

    No previous workout experience or equipment is required.

    Please bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothing.
