A song can be many things. It could be a story, a way of sharing a very personal journey, an outburst of excitement and joy, or a way to explore and understand a life experience.

The Searhc for a Song workshop, facilitated by local musician and registered music therapist, Scott Greenaway, is aimed at helping participants discover the inspiration within, their individual voice of expression, and a connection to feelings and thoughts through music.
