What is The Third Space?

In our lives, we have two main spaces: (1) home, where we retreat, and (2) work, where we fulfill our roles and responsibilities. The Third Space is a warm, welcoming place to connect, belong, and be yourself beyond these usual spaces.

Here, we create a space where real conversations happen, community grows, and you can feel truly seen and heard. It's a chance to meet others, share stories, and build authentic connections, one conversation at a time.

What to Expect:

Mindfulness Practice to help everyone settle in and feel fully present.

Themed Conversations on belonging, wellbeing, and shared experiences.

Journaling for Self-Reflection to connect with your thoughts and insights.

Community Connection with people who value meaningful interactions.

Introvert-friendly and co-created by the community. Come as you are, and join us!

Additional Details:

Do I need to bring anything?

Just bring yourself! You're welcome to bring a journal or notebook for the self-reflection exercise. We'll guide you through each part of the gathering, so you can relax and enjoy the experience.

It's my first time joining, and I'm a bit nervous. Is this event right for me?

Absolutely. The Third Space was created to be welcoming, especially for those who may feel nervous in new social settings. Each gathering starts with a grounding exercise, and there’s no pressure to participate in any specific way. You’re welcome to share as much or as little as you’d like.

Is this a recurring event?

Yes! Our goal is to build a community, and we hope to host The Third Space regularly. Each session may explore a different theme or focus, but the core experience of connection and belonging will always remain.

Is there an age limit?

The Third Space is open to adults of all ages and genders. Our conversations focus on personal growth and connection, so if that resonates with you, we’d love to have you join us.

Organized by

An introvert who knows just how hard it can be to find a real sense of connection. That’s why I created The Third Space—a welcoming gathering space outside of the usual (1) home and (2) work. This space is designed for everyone who’s ever felt a bit out of place or has longed for more meaningful connection.

Here, we leave small talk behind and connect in ways that let us feel truly seen and heard. It’s a place to come as you are, share stories, and build authentic relationships—one conversation at a time.

If you’re looking for a space where connection feels natural and you can show up just as you are, I look forward to welcoming you to The Third Space.
