Embrace the wisdom of astrology and connect with the energy of the moon in the ancient practice of yin yoga to honour yourself in these powerful phases and align with the universal rhythms.
On Wednesday evenings we gather for a Yin Yoga Circle guided by Kelly Finnis, with years of experience guiding students by weaving the elements, Traditional Chinese Medicine and astrology with mindful movements and the power of your breath to make you feel at peace and one with the cosmos. You're invited to share in community and be guided deep within as you remember who you are. Each experience is unique, based on the moon and energetic influences—offering you a space to practice as a regular ritual for your mind, body and Spirit.
✨ Yin Yoga Circle
6:00 PM – 7:30 PM
Stretch mindfully with long holds in gentle yoga poses with the support of props to soften the body and calm the mind, relaxing into a meditative state. This practice is designed to release stored tension or energetic blocks, stretch and hydrate your deeper tissues, and bring a sense of grounding and peace to your being. With origins in Traditional Chinese Medicine, we work with the elements, organs and meridians to promote the free flow of Chi—your lifeforce energy.
Whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, you’ll feel supported as Kelly clearly guides you into the poses, offering options to encourage you to feel intuitively, listening to your body and honoring its needs.
Yoga is beyond the physical—flexibility is not required to experience the profound benefits of this ancient practice.

The evening includes a 60min yin yoga practice, 15min meditation and time to integrate with an optional herbal tea and community connection.
