Dr. Mike has been running this workshop in Adelaide for the last 3 years and has helped over 300 new mums & babies master tummy time!

During the first three years of life your baby's brain grows around 80% and forms vital connections that will help move your baby through to the next stages of development. Fun play based activities such as tummy time play an important role in your child's developmental trajectory.

As a new parent you are told to do so many different things but no one takes the time to really stop and show you exactly how and why to do them or explain why some babies might not be enjoying their time on their tummy!

This workshop is here to help you as a parent, understand the enormous benefits of tummy time.

This workshop is ideal for babies/infants 0-6 months of age but we are more than happy for any child in the first 12months to attend!
