Q: Can I accompany my child while they are participating?
A: Take a morning off and relax, our expert Guides will accompany your child as they undertake the activities. All our Guides have Ochre Cards and First Aid Certificates, the program is designed so that you do not need to supervise for the day.
Q: I've opted to be put on waitlist but haven't been contacted for a spot.
A: When you are on a waitlist you are waiting for someone to request a refund for a spot. If this happens you will be notified if you are next on the waitlist. It is very unlikely that you will get a spot, the Keeper Kids Program is very popular, and we almost never get a refund request. Best option is to pick another available day, if you wait for the waitlist spot you will likely miss out altogether.
