Frequently asked questions

Can you cater for dietary requirements?

Absolutely! Just let us know and we can cater for most dietary requirements including vegan, gluten free, dairy free and nut free.

What type of chocolate will I be eating?

We source the best artisan chocolate from around the world. There will be a mix of dark, milk and blonde chocolate, however don't worry if you think you don't like say milk chocolate - most people find once we eat the good stuff, the idea of 'I only eat...' goes out the window :)

Can I book for a group?

We love groups, we can cater for up to 16 people and can make sure you're all seated together. Alternatively, if you would like a private event, get in touch and let's make some chocolate magic happen!

Can we buy chocolate to take home on the day?

YES! We always have chocolate with us for those who fall in love with something and need to take it home. And as a bonus, we offer 10% off on the day.

What about parking and public transport?

Free parking at the venue (subject to availability) or otherwise 2 hour free parking on Moreland Road. Trams #1, #6 and #96 all run within walking distance.

Is the venue accessible?

Unfortunately not, the venue is accessed by stairs only.
