UNSW Science Welcome, O-Week Term 1 2025

This formal welcome to the Faculty of Science will introduce you to key staff in the Faculty of Science and answer any questions you may have about life at UNSW as a Science student!

Science Faculty Welcome

We are excited to welcome you to the UNSW Faculty of Science for Term 1, 2025!

At this event, you will meet key faculty staff and learn about studying science, preparing for classes, and getting involved with student clubs, societies and internships. The event includes an interactive Q & A panel discussion where you can submit your questions to our panel of current students and staff to answer any question you may have about being a science student at UNSW.

Yellow Shirts Campus Tour

Guided by our famous Yellow Shirts student volunteers, your tour will feature UNSW tips & tricks, advice on kickstarting your social life, plus you'll meet other newbies in your tour group.

• Where: Tour departs from the Pool Lawn just outside the Fitness & Aquatic Centre (map reference C4). Keep an eye out for our friendly Yellow Shirts Volunteers!
