I'm so excited to announce that I'm collaborating with the Wine Library in Woolhara to bring you a fun, sophisticated Wine Tasting event.
The Wine Library is one of Sydney's original wine bars firmly establishing itself as a Sydney institution. This intimate and cosy neighbourhood wine bar on Oxford Street in Woollahra/Paddington is the perfect setting for Unwritten's Wine Tasting evenings.
HOW IT WORKS:
Before the event, I'll send you an email with the Unwritten questionnaire. This will ask you what you're looking for in a partner, your values in life, your deal-breakers etc.
Wednesday 11th December:
6.30pm: Arrive and enjoy welcome bubbles as you meet the other guests. Don't worry if you're coming solo, lots of others will and everyone is really friendly and welcoming.
7pm: The Wine Tasting experience begins. You'll sit on a table with up to 24 singles and throughout the evening Tim will take us through five of his chosen wines, whilst three sets of 'small plates' will be presented to compliment the wine.
After each wine tasting, I'll move the men to different positions on the table so that every single male will have spoken to every single female by the end of the night.
9pm: Once the Wine Tasting is complete, I'll then reveal your official 'Unwritten Match.' This comes from your questionnaire that you previously completed, my match-making AI technology, a little magic and lots of intuition. You may have already guessed your match for the night or perhaps it's someone you never expected.
It'll going to be a lot of fun, full of interesting people, good conversation and incredible wine. And you never know, you might even feel some chemistry, something you definitely don't get through an app. I hope you do!
