Frequently asked questions

Can I bring my pram/wheelchair/walker inside?

The venue has a slanted floor, narrow walkway and a spiral staircase so high level of mobility is required. Unfortunately, it is not wheelchair, pram or walker friendly.

Why don't you offer a specific Time Slot?

We do not limit the time inside the venue. This is done so our customers do not feel rushed or stressed about getting their perfect upside-down photo! If we added time slots, we would have to limit the time inside, leaving our customers disappointed.

What is a Virtual Queue?

Once we Scan Your tickets, you will be able to enter the Virtual Queue. Instead of having to physically stand in the queue, you are able to check-in and go about your day while you wait. We will send you a message letting you know it is your turn!

Is there parking available?

We are part of shopping centres and they have parking available. For rates, please check individual locations.

Wait time is too long - what can I do?

We do get busy during our peak periods and wait time can exceed 2 hours on certain days and times such as school or public holidays. We do not offer refunds due to wait times, however you can reschedule the ticket to another day free of charge. Live Queue is available on our website.

Do you accept Companion Cards?

We do accept companion cards, so the support workers can go in for free. Please note that while we try to include everyone in this experience, we have to advise that the venue has a slanted floor and a narrow spiral staircase. High level of mobility is required.
