This Christmas, take a break from the festive rush, commitments and prepare to invite the new year with our nourishing Urban Retreat. It’s the perfect way to let go of the old and make space for the new—a day dedicated to resetting your mind, body, and soul before stepping into the fresh energy of the year ahead.

What to Expect:

9.30am - 10.45am : HOT Studio class

10.45am - 11.45am : Break, Shower time & change to Yoga Next Door , Festive Tea & snacks

11.45am - 12.15pm : Meditation, Reflection & Journaling

12.15pm - 1.30pm: Yin Yoga

1. Hot Yoga Masterclass (75 minutes): Begin with a powerful 75-minute hot yoga session designed to help you sweat out the stress and tension of the past year. As the heat loosens your muscles and the poses challenge your body, focus on releasing any lingering blockages and clearing out old energy that no longer serves you.

2. Festive Tea & Snacks Break: After your invigorating practice, take a mindful pause with a warm cup of festive tea and nourishing snacks. Savor the present moment, and enjoy the company of like-minded individuals as you prepare to welcome new beginnings.

3. Yin Yoga in Yoga Next Door (75 minutes): Ease into a calming yin yoga session. Through deep, restorative stretches, this practice will help you release the emotional and physical constraints you've been holding onto, creating space within yourself for growth, peace, and new opportunities.

4. Meditation & Journaling: We’ll end the retreat with a guided meditation. Let go of the old patterns and thoughts that have weighed you down, and embrace the possibilities that lie ahead. Finally, a journaling session will provide you with the perfect outlet to reflect on your journey, express gratitude for what you’ve learned, and set clear, positive intentions for the new year.


As the year draws to a close, there’s no better time to connect within and prepare for what’s to come. Our Urban Day Retreat is more than just a Half day of yoga and relaxation—it’s a chance to release the past, rejuvenate your present, and make room for the future.
